Holiday Nutrition

Entree:

Eel wrapped with Egg

Main:

Phad Thai
- a simple street stir fry rice noodle that have been modified outside Thai to be 'wholesome' stir fry noodle (just like pasta outside Italy I suppose). The best out-of-Thai phad thai, filled with plenty of seafood accompanied by the traditional 4 flavour extra seasoning that comes with any thai food, indeed a great modern Thai dish from Thai Express, Singapore

DESSERT:

Opera
- layers of milk chocolate and hazelnut

Chocolate Pudding

- soft-centred, on top of candied orange with flavours infusing into it, finished with vanilla bean ice cream

Chocolate Torte; Strawberry Pastry; Mango Mousse Cake; Coffee Cheesecake

Due to much persuasion from a generous blessing heart and a willing soul, I sampled, rather significantly all of the above in the one sitting. Dream come true, when you're spoilt for choice and instead of having to make one, you get to have plenty.

Chocolate Brownie (Delicious)
- drowning in rich fudge, initially thought to be too much but not faint of heart, the plate was wiped clean, surprisingly decadent for a Malaysian dessert

Cendol and Horlicks Ice cream

Bombe Alaska

- every child's favourite especially with sparkles

Tea:

Hot bubble tea - red and green
