Pancakes

I was looking forward to a new discovery of breakfast this morning but I was awoken unexpectedly, a call in to work. Money yes. Food no.

I'm craving pancakes. Classic staple. There can never be enough sweet when you're spoil for choices.

Fruits of Passion - Fluffy American pancakes, laced with warm berry puree, generously dusted with icing finished with vanilla bean ice cream.

Cafe Sweethearts - Banana and pecan through thick pancakes, crispy on sides yet not burnt served with plentiful ice cream and maple.

Tomorrow's menu remains a mystery for now...
