My Chocolate Ecstasy

Chocolate Explosion
This dessert is comprised of layers of chocolate muffin with loads of choc fudge and ice cream within. It's served warmed up so the gooey fudge that engulf the soften muffin erupts and the ice cream cools things down. It's a really interesting concept and it's so good. The texture and flavours play so well together . Sinful.

Koko Black has such high quality chocolate. The Martini Chocolate Mousse is very creamy and can be a tad rich - a great oppotunity to share.


The ice chocolate is beautiful. It's made with both vanilla and belgium chocolate ice cream although there's a newer version now that I've yet to try. This combo is the perfect small treat. The mocha is deliciously dressed with chocolate shavings instead of the usual commercial cocoa dusting. The brownie is not on the menu but it's available at a price of $2.50 and comes with their house special mousse.


Chocolate Croissant Pudding - Sorrento

A sweet variation of the traditional bread and butter pudding, loaded with chocolate. It still retains alot of the similarities of the smooth buttery centre.

    Wow, i like chocolate too, but I just cannot imagine you are far more professional than me in this "eating" part. Keep up the good work, it's something yummy I should not miss every week, hehe...
